Hi Tracy, I like the idea of this dessert, yoghurt mousse + crumbles, not too fattening & also very refreshing. I've eyed on a recipe which is similar to this one last week, also use mousse + crumble! And I've copied down that recipe, waiting to be try 1 day, so now I'll enjoy your cup of dessert first!
